ROTI SISIR

Bahan:
300 gr terigu protein tinggi
60gr gula pasir
10 gr susu bubuk
5 gr ragi instan
2 kuning telur + 40 gr whipping cream cair + susu cair = 215 gr
30 gr unsalted butter
2 gr garam

Cara Membuat:
1. Mixer semua bahan kecuali butter n garam, sampe setengah kalis.
2. Masukkan butter n garam, mixer sampe kalis elastis.
3. Diamkan adonan 15 menit. Timbang @40gr 12bh, susun di loyang roti sisir. Biarkan hingga mengembang 2x lipat.
4. Panggang dlm oven yg sudah dipanaskan, suhu 200' sekitar 25 menit (kenali oven msg2).
