CHEESY FLOSS BUN (🔺️ SHAPES)

Bahan :
300 gr terigu protein tinggi
15 gr susu bubuk
40 gr gula pasir
204 gr total timbangan 1kuning telur & susu cair dingin
3 gr garam
4 gr ragi
50 gr unsalted butter
Isian :
Keju cheddar parut
Topping :
Mayonaise + SKM (perbandingan 3:1)
Abon
Cara Membuat :
1. Campur terigu, susu bubuk, gula pasir, garam & susu dingin, aduk hingga setengah kalis. Masukkan ragi instan & butter. Uleni hingga kalis elastis (melewati window pane test). Diamkan adonan adonan 45 min-1 jam disesuaikan dg suhu ruang
2. Timbang adonan sesuai selera (me : 50 gr) bulatkan lalu diamkan 10 menit
3. Gilas lalu isi dg isian keju cheddar parut. Bentuk segitiga, tata di loyang
4. Diamkan sampai double size kurleb 45 menit-1.5 jam
5. Panaskan oven 180°c -190°c atau sesuaikan oven masing2 (me : 170°c). Oles roti dg susu cair lalu oven selama 15 menit. Stlh matang oles lg dg butter selagi panas. Dinginkan
6. Stlh dingin oles dg campuran mayonaise+SKM lalu taburi dg abon
