Banana Almond Crumble Cake (GF)

Bahan :
3 bh pisang
190 gr gluten free cassava flour
1/2 sdt kayumanis
1/2 sdt soda kue
1/2 sdt baking powder
1 btr telur
100 gr gula pasir, haluskan
75 gr butter
60 ml susu cair/yogurt/buttermilk

Bahan crumble/streusel :
1/2 sdt kayumanis
50 gr almond
30 gr gula palm
70 gr choco chips (skip)

Cara :
Hancurkan pisang, sisihkan
Campur bahan crumble, sisihkan
Butter di mixer selama 1 menit dgn kecepatan tinggi, turunkan speed masukkan gula, kocok rata
Masukkan telur, kocok hingga rata
Masukkan pisang bergantian dgn susu cair, kocok rata
Masukkan tepung, kayumanis, soda kue, baking powder, kocok hingga rata, gunakan speed rendah
Tuang adonan ke loyang setengah saja, beri streusel dan masukkan lagi adonan dan terakhir taburi lagi dgn streusel
Panaskan oven, lalu panggang selama 40-50 menit suhu 180 DC
