Sengaja bikin wingko babat utk teman yg lg ngidam

BAHAN
200 ml air
125 smpe 150 grm gula pasir (yg suka manis 150 grm)
1/2 sdt garam
Sejumput vanilli (sy pake merk L'arome)
350 grm kelapa agak muda,kupas kulit arinya,parut

150 grm tepung ketan putih

CARA MEMBUATNYA
Masak air,gula pasir,garam & vanilli hingga gula larut,lalu masukan kelapa parut,aduk rata,masak hingga mendidih,angkat,tunggu hingga hangat kuku,lalu tambahkan tepung ketan,sedikit demi sedikit,sambil diuleni hingga rata,bulatkan adonan lalu pipihkan dgn diameter 7cm.
Masak di atas wajan dadar anti lengket dgn api sangat kecil hingga matang kecoklatan,lalu balik,masak hingga ke 2 sisi matang,angkat,sajikan.
