Bahan:
3 bh terong, 550 gr
70 gr cabe merah besar
50 gr cabe rawit
50 gr bawang merah
20 gr bawang putih
100 gr tomat merah
1 sdm terasi goreng
1/2 sdt garam/sesuai selera
1 sdt gula pasir/sesuai

Penyedap jamur secukupnya
1 sdm @ fibercreme larutkan dgn sedikit air
Minyak goreng secukupnya

Cara :
Cuci terong, iris serong agak tebal, goreng, sisihkan
Tumis duo cabe, duo bawang, tomat, (asal layu) angkat dan taruh dlm cobek, beri terasi, garam, gula, penyedap jamur, lalu ulek, koreksi rasa
Tumis sambal dgn minyak secukupnya, tambahkan larutan @ fibercreme , masukkan terong , aduk rata, angkat sajikan.
