3 buah terong, potong2 goreng
1 sdm saus tiram
Kecap manis
1/2 sdt gula
Garam, merica

Bumbu iris
2 bawput
2 bawmer
2 cabe hijau
2 cabe merah

Cara
Tumis bumbu iris sampai wangi
Masukan terong dan bumbu.
Beri 2 sdm air, aduk rata.
Masak sampai meresap
